About

About Mild Orbit

Practical guides on focus, habits, and a quieter digital life—written for ordinary weeks, not productivity theater.

Notebook and pen on linen

Mild Orbit is a personal site run by me—not a company or media organization. The name is simple: most people do not need a stricter routine; they need a steady track to return to when messages, meetings, and noise pull them off course. I write the guides, maintain this site, and answer email via the contact page.

What you’ll find here

Each guide aims to give you something you can try the same day, with clear limits and no “change your life overnight” promises.

How we write

Before a guide goes live, we ask:

  1. Can someone try the smallest step today without buying a new app?
  2. Does the article say when the method fails, or who it is not for?
  3. Is the advice practical, not hype?
  4. Can the page help on its own, without pushing a sales funnel?

We do not publish scraped listicles, thin doorway pages, or posts that exist only to show ads. If a tool is mentioned, the workflow comes first.

Corrections

Found a mistake, a broken link, or a confusing step? Email us with the page link and what needs fixing. Corrections come before feature requests, and we update the live page once the fix is confirmed.
